Hey Everyone! I am not sure why I am stepping into the blog game so late in life. Do people even read blogs anymore? Oh well.... never too late to try something new. I have been interested in fitness and health my entire life BUT, like so many people I am pretty inconsistent. I usually will stick to a routine for a few months, fall off, then start it up again. Because of that I call myself a FOREVER BEGINNER. It's simple - I lack discipline. I will talk more about individual aspects of my background in future posts. However, being consistency inconsistent has left me with a good baseline of fitness. I have regrets, if I had stuck with what I was doing back when I was in high school, I probably would have completed a lot of marathons by now! But you can't go back, only look forward, so here I am. 💗 2020 was probably the best running year of my life. I made so many great strides, did several virtual runs, and set a lot of new PRs. I will probably talk about them in a 2020
